Electric handpieces don't need an expensive "overhaul" every time they're sent in for repair. McDermott's focuses on the parts that are worn out and need replacing, instead of telling you that your handpiece needs an overhaul. This, along with low overhead allows us to pass the savings on to you!
If you aren't having problems with the chuck holding the bur and the gears are not damaged, then the cartridge that other services replace in the "overhaul" process can be rebuilt. All of our repair services will save you a substantial amount of money, using the same factory parts or higher rated ceramic bearings.
